Fitness: Kneeling Side Reaches, 10 reps on each side
In a side-kneeling position, reach your top arm over your body and extend your top leg out and away from your body. On the start of your exhale, slowly round your spine, drawing your top elbow and knee towards each other (they do not have to touch: the goal is to round your back). Inhale to lengthen back out. Do 10 reps; then switch sides.

Sit down in a crossed-leg position or sit on the edge of a chair with your feet on the floor; then meditate. Simply close your eyes and breathe for 5, 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Place your hands on your belly and feel the rise and fall of your stomach. You may even notice that as you breathe, your little one will either become calm with you or move more as he or she feels your connection and touch.
